Can I ask if we (buyer) being charged late payment interest by the seller due to bank's delay in the disburse of loan payment to seller? Despite stated in S&P, this is due to either the fault of the lawyer or the bank and certainly not ours. Are we liable for it or will the bank absorb this late payment interest? This is a sub-sales purchase. Thanks.
