Can i claim the JMB or management for furniture damage due to raining water seepage from external wall (wardrobe - Market Value about Rm500)? If answer is YES, may i know how i can to claim it? (Please advice me the steps) Besides, any supporting document or Strata Act i can show and convince the management to compensate my losses? Thank you.
