Can Singaporeans rent a property in Msia if they are entering on Social Visit Visa (the 30 day entry pass chopped in our passports each time we enter Msia)?
I read on property guru there are no legal implications for Singaporeans to rent in Msia given they have a valid visa or pass. Should we tell Customs at Immigration we are renting when asked why we are frequenting Msia so often?
