Can someone please advise on the investment in residential property (gated and guarded) in Johor Bahru. Think that Singapore property price will keep moving up and is hard for middle income group to own a property. In the next few years, predict that they will start buying property in JB as an alternative. Worst investment in JB ?? Your advise is highly appreciated.
