Can the strata management charge for administration fees for major or minor renovation? This is the first year where the developer handed over the management to a company. The management company charges a nonrefundable administration fee of rm 100 for major renovations and rm 50 for minor renovations. Minor renovations, as explained, are like fixing light and fan? It doesn't sound right to me. The reason giving is small renovations also required the permit from them. How to justify which type of work do not required the permit from management?
