Casa Suria Condominium at Jalan Kemascahaya, Cheras, Selangor consisting of 2 blocks A & B.
The project started from year 2001 and abandoned in 2007, subsequently white knight managed to complete Block b in 2010 and project abandoned again. JPN declared sick project and liquidator brought in new white knight to rehabilitate Block A now and expected to complete the project by this Aug 2019. The question is 2017 old advertisement called for units auction sale whilst the project being abandoned, the auction or sale price called was so much lowered than the present rehabilitation value as per actual construction cost ? the expected seliing price should be Rm 280-300 per sf. Kindly check and reflect the true value of the property. Thank you.
