I have a 1-bed room SOHO in Cyberjaya. 485sqft. Can someone give some honest advice on:
1) How's the rental market in Cyberjaya?
2) Whats the rental rates I can achieve with my unit?
3) Whats the turnaround time ? (ie. how long would it take to rent it out?_
4) Who are the potential tenants? (ie. 30% employees/ 70% students etc?)
