Dear All, would like to get some advise from you all. I have bought a sub-sales apartment, freehold with master title. When bank want to release balance payment to Vendor, my lawyer ask developer to acknowledgement for Notice of Assignment but due to that Developer office now is only have part time staff working, so their respone is very slow. In this case, my lawyer decided to issue Undertaking Letter to my loan bank to issue the final payment. Now I already take the house key, my lawyer tell me the house is under my name now. But for the Notice of Assignment from Developer still need to follow up, my lawyer will continue to follow up with Developer. My question is, what is the impact if I canât get the Notice of Assignment from Developer? The house still under my name? Worry about itâ¦
