Dear experts,
I have few properties but recently I've been receiving some good offers to work abroad. Until now I've been the one actively manage my own properties and I don't feel like selling any of my properties yet as I want to hold them for longer.
My question is: How does one manage their properties if they're not located in the country anymore? I heard about people using "Property Management Companies" to help manage on behalf but also heard many horror stories related to that sort of properties delegation whereby owners will come back to find out many bad things happened to their properties or the Prop Mgt companies did not manage the properties as reported to the owners while they're away. In any case I'd like to find out what are all the options that property owners have in managing properties while they're not in the country.
I'd also appreciate anyone to suggest the reliable companies who provide such services.
