Dear Experts,
I'm a non-bumi planning to buy a freehold bumi lot in Rawang direct from developer.
Developer will get bumi release for unit to be sold to me.
If in the future I want to sell my unit to a non-bumi, will I need to get consent to sell?
Do I need to get release letter myself?
Or is the property treated as non-bumi after I purchase it (freehold).
