dear guru..i hv booked a property last week.paid rm500 for booking fees and got my loan approved already. but i hv yet to sign any agreement.i did ask my agent and he said dat we r waitin for d bank offer letter..im new to this..would like to know hw true is diz..on top of dat, he said dat d 10% downpayment wouldnt b needed instantly, instead il b pauin in gradually step by step as d house starts construction.its expected to b completed in 2013.. so hw true is diz? plz advice..tq
