Dear Guru,i in the midst of purchasing an apartment for own stay in puchong. since i'm a banker, i have the visibility to apply full financing for home as i checked with staff loan department and they bank has pre approved it.
now the agent asking for earnest 3% deposit as booking and 7% after signing S&P. While the bank approving full amount for sub sale house, do i need to pay the earnest deposit or just a booking fee and proceed for full loan?
