Dear Guru,Recently received my new built house from the small developer, quite disappointed on they handover procedure. My house full of debris and rubbish, cement stained are everywhere on the floor tiles. If the duty or responsible on Developer to ensure the unit handover to buyer in cleaned condition?What action can we take against the developer? Thanks in advance.
