Dear Gurus,

I am a Singapore citizen and would like to purchase a property in Malaysia.
I intend to invest below RM$500K and to purchase a unit which is to be solely under my dad's name who is a Malaysia citizen. My questions would be,

1) How can I transfer the property ownership eventually to be under me when my dad is no longer around?
2) Any issue with the Malaysia property law for such arrangement?
3) Is it possible to add my name in as a occupier or something? Any issue with the RM$500K rules?
4) What is the psf price at the Bayu Puteri Apartment? and the psf price for the rental?

Please advise.

Thank you.
