Dear gurus,
We have filed for divorce in Nov 2018 in Malaysia. In the court order he (SG Citizen) has agreed to do the sole ownership transfer to me (holding SPR) together with my custody of our SG citizen child. However, both of us have not been back to SG together since then, as such we are still holding the ownership of the HDB as joint name.
He is going back to SG in Feb 2023 and I want to do the sole ownership transfer this time. However, I am worry that we will get penalise by HDB for not doing the transferring much earlier. Or should I proceed with selling the property directly?
