I am looking to buy a condo at Northshore Gardens, Desa Parkcity. Sale offer at RM 740 - RM 800 per sq. ft. Is this too high for this area ? It was RM 500 per sq. ft. two years ago. The price at Desa Parkcity for other development is also very high (landed link houes), even higher than Mont Kiara. Is it worth to buy a property in Desa Park city now ? I heard that next year the property market may "collapse". Is it any truth ? Thank you, Jack.
