Need your advise in these issues
1. Foreign wanted to buy my iunit below 500k? Can be done? Freelance agent said is OK which I am not agreeable.
2. Collected 1% earnest deposit and not sign the S&P by the buyer after more than 14 days. Can I forfeit the deposit as they wanted to state 500k in S&P instead of purchase price. No document was sign with the freelance agent of this forfeit clause.
3. My current lawyer is asking me to refund all and don't sell to this buyer but the issue is I have turn away other buyer and I should forfeit this 1% because the buyer don't want to sign unless the S&P is stated the 500k which is not the purchase price.
