Dear Legal Guru,
May I know:
1) If I can add another owner into Property S&P and Bank Loan before VP?
2) Do we need to re-sign the whole documentation all over again?
3) If yes, do we need to re-pay the stamp duty again to have joint ownership? Any easier and cheaper way to include a non-related person into both S&P and Loan?
