Dear Sir/Madam,

Good day.

I did research regarding termination of SPA through website. But I unable to find any details about termination of SPA from developer side. May I know if developer can terminate SPA if they the company bankrupt?
Or, even though the developer bankrupt, purchaser will terminate the SPA after developer don't carry out or delays or suspends or ceases work for a continuous period of six months or more after the execution of the sale and purchase agreement?
