Dear Sirs/Madam, I have three low cost landed houses in Taman Kota Masai, Two in Taman Rinting, one in Taman Megah Ria. All I rent out Recently I came to know that government will be going to build as many as 50,000 units of low cost houses/flats in Johor Bahru/Pasir Gudang area. Now it is very easy to rent out if there has vacancy. In future, will it affect my rental business ?
