Debating between 2 property for own stay.
Both are condos and similar pricetag. I'll list out the pros and cons

1. Tuan 2 residency
Pros
- Very convenient, can access to kepong, mont kiara and city centers.
- save money in long term because no tolls
- design is nice
Cons
- Leasehold
- 800 sqft (smaller compare to the other unit)
- Pylon is nearby
- Noise pollution

2. Ivory Residency @mutiara heights
Pros
- Unit is larger 1300 sqft
- Nearby is resident area and forest so fresh air and no noise pollution
- Freehold
Cons
- Location is not convenient compared to the first one (Kajang) Will be some distance if going to travel to city centers and tolls.
