Developer building a new project blocking view at my current condo. Few k more for the view as promise the land will left empty when purchase 5 yrs back. Although Its not affecting me, as I'm facing other side but the management asking us to paid money to appoint lawyer to fight ... N will get compensation if win?? New project is starting... 1k .. But y only they need 90 residents but not all?? N how's the chances of winning??? If so when can get compensation $$ ... N wats the $$ figure range??Do i need to be in court frequent ?? What's the risks n benefits if join ???
