Do I need an approval from Majlis Bandaraya Johor Bahru for just breaking a room wall which has no load bearing in a condo, just to make another door to the room.
The developer structural engineer had checked the plan and allowed for the work to be done.
But the management committee still insist to get an approval from the BMJB. I believed they don't have to the and play save.
I had done similar jobs in Larkin Plaza and Larkin Sentral where management gives the go ahead without asking for any MBJB approval
