Does Property Guru has any guideline and rules for advertiser? I am very frustrated before even entering the purchasing process with the agent. I browsing through the advertisement recently to find a family house. Many of the agent in the market are not ethical nor doing their homework before marketing the property. 1) Advertise without photo. When ask them for it, answer is will show us the actual house. They expect us to view every each unit from hundred at the same area to shortlisted it. 2) Relist again and again for expired ad that actually been sold for long time. 3) Don't know about the details of the property as it is the ad they advertise on behalf for their colleague. 4) Advertise the photo that is totally different from the unit for sale. For e.g. Stealing show house or other people's photo. 5) Testing the market without even having that particular unit on hand for sale. 6) Bluffing for the property details, for e.g. Maintenance fees.
