Due to time constraint to manage my property, I want to make a contract deal for someone interested to own a homestay in Sungai Petani but not have a big money to buy one. I am offering fully furnished homestay in rental scheme for a specified period of time. Strategic location. The person can promote the homestay & can own 100% from the rental fee. Need property Guru to advise on how to create this kind of contract/deal.please pm me. tq
