Hi Madam/Sir,

As a first-time home buyer, do note that full stamp duty exemption is given to both instrument of transfer and loan agreement for the purchase of a first home worth not more than RM500,000. This exemption will be for the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) that is completed between 1 January 2021 to 31 December 2025.

For more information on stamp duty exemption, you may refer to this:

As for joint-loan, yes it is possible. We'd advise you to refer to this article for the pros and cons of applying for a joint-loan: https://www.propertyguru.com.my/property-guides/what-to-know-about-joint-home-loan-15289

For more info on the unit, we'd advise contacting the agent directly - Bryan Yeoh at +60 17 934 3193  .

Hope this helps. :)

Best regards,
