For landed properties under strata acts. During sales launch developer verbally indicated no renovation & extension allowed changing the facade including corner units, now before formation of JMB, the developer has approved side extension for corner units as well as back renovation for intermediate which subsequently approved by local council. What actions can we the owners take ? Why is developer empowered to approved renovation & extension affecting the facade before issuance of strata titles & formation of JMB ?
