From your reply, residents can ask for audited account from JMC, but in my rumah selangorku house (which is more than 5 years from s&p signed ) , the developer applied directly for MC formation . The developer refused to form JMC . So, , which party can l request for the audited account? Can Management rejected the persatuan penduduk`s request to view the audited account?
