Good afternoon,
My question is,the house sales to new tenants, but the TNB bill still under old tenant name and the bill go higher ready, new tenant not able to pay in one single payment, due to the high commitment, and the new tenant already allies to the TNB officer to pay the outstanding amount by few months , they also agreed for requests, but the previous tenant without any notification came to the house with TNB staff and unplug the electricity plugs. In this case as owner of the house what i should do.
