I have a question regarding the recovery of my property booking fee. I paid RM500 to book my unit and was informed that the fee is non-refundable. I would appreciate your guidance on how to recover my money, as I have doubts about proceeding with my purchase. Additionally, I have not submitted my documents to the sales agent for my bank loan yet and have only signed a consent form.
