My parents bought a house back in year 1995 for RM 75000. My mum paid RM 35000, whereas my uncle (my father's brother) chipped in RM 40000. My uncle then included his name in the house grant too. So now the house is under three people's names : my mum, my name and his name. Worst case is that he is keeping the house grant and when my mum requested for it, he said he wants his share after selling the house, in fact we don't want to sell it. I had to get a copy of the grant from the Land office in Melaka for my safekeeping. Please advise as I really want to get it back from him. We are not in good terms ever since.
