Good day to you! Would like to get your advice with regards to my SPA process. I'm currently in a dilemma state where I'm being pushed around by my lawyers (both bank's and SPA). It's been 2 month since I have sign the letter of approval from the bank that I'm getting the loan from however last I checked yesterday, the money had not been released. When I checked with the banker, he told me from what he can see, the bank lawyer is waiting from the SPA lawyer. And when I check with my lawyer, they would say they are waiting for the bank lawyer. I'm not sure who to believe and my SPA lawyer had been quite unresponsive hence its making it very hard for me to follow up with them in terms of how are things progressing. What are the actions that I can take as I believe it's closing up on the 3month dateline for SPA? Thanks for any advice in advance!
