I have a questions about stamping fee for house ownership transfer.
my SNP dated at sept 2021, but only now (this year 2022) I got a letter and need to settle the strata transfer issue.
do I have to pay for the stamp duty? or I can exemption for the duty fee?
is my very first residential condo.
