Had sold a shop lot with tenancy attached.What does this means legally?Can the new owner has the right to evict the existing tenants upon handling over the premise?If the new owner wanted to continue to rent out to existing tenants, how much rental can he increase? Incidentally my rental agreements with tenants had expired.
