Hello Agent showed me a house for rent and the house had things to fix, the agent assured me that things would be fixed before entry or alternatively he would give me another identical house with no problems so I paid a down payment and got a receipt (in retrospect the receipt already listed the house number that I did not see) when I saw The second house was not the same (no balcony in the bedroom and the yard in the kitchen is not covered) I asked to rent the first house i see and the agent would fix the defects I was told there was no possibility because I already paid a down payment on the second house I saw. of course I asked for the deposit back but the agent is not willing to return it my question what I can do Get the money? It's clear there was some kind of scam here
