hello , good day. my wife and i are moving to malaysia. my wife is a student of master of architecture at UPM university. we want to rent a fully furnished apartment with access to MRT to travel to university. we prefer a clean and safe urban area with shops and restaurants nearby. which area do you suggest ? we are only 2 people no kids no pets. we prefer a descent decoration and furniture, preferably including smart TV , fridge , freeze and stove. this is our first time in malaysia and we do not know the areas.
