I need some urgent help
I will list the issues hope you can help
1. Agent want to deduct RM1000 for new painting for whole unit 789 square feet because he said its dirty .
Okay so before i move in i have take photo and send him wheres the dirty part but somehow now he said its much different from last time so he say must paint new whole house. ( he have the chance to saying this because i only show half part of the dirty part just to let him know . now he trying to check every corner which got little bit dark or mark and show me the image saying too dirty)
2.Agent deduct RM900 to buy a new bed because he said the bed sink down so cannot continue sleep.
Okay so before i move in the bed already sink abit and i never complain about it because its just small issues now he trying to say why you dont inform the issues early ? and i need to pay for the new bed .
in last he saying if not deducted he will hold more deposit and now its 28 days ready
really apricate it
if you let me know what to do . and remind for you i am not the first tenant previously got other tenant staying before so thats why so wall get dirty or table broken abit and i have send him the proved but now he is looking more issues like i said the wall and bed to charge me back.
