Saya menetap di Kuching, Sarawak. Saya ada sedikit soalan as a first time home buyer.
Saya kini dalam proses membuat pinjaman untuk membeli satu unit low cost apartment. Said apartment still under construction. Purchase price per unit fixed at RM198,000.00. Apply for bank loan RM178,200.00. Legal fee quoted at estimates RM4,000.00. Stamp duty 2023 ada exemption.

Dari artikel saya baca, legal fees yang di quoted itu macam sudah lebih dari 1% of home purchase price.

Please list down any legal documentation process and fees yang terlibat dalam proses beli rumah yang i should ambil tahu, please.
