I bought a house with an agent, thankfully it goes smoothly up until hand in the key. All the loan settled by the bank to the seller and me as buyer already start monthly installment of the house to the bank. Yet i still not receive the key from seller as seller still have lots of belonging in the house. So how should i respond?
