Hello, I am currently a resident in this residential area, and just as a gentle reminder and alert here for you... I don't think there's 4 carparks available for this unit, please do clarify with your seller, if not this is considered to be a serious conviction of fraud and dishonesty which might ends up ruining your personal image as an property agent !
