Hello, I have a question regarding to service apartments. As far as I know, service apartments are usually under commercial title. As stated in Manual Garis Panduan Piawan Perancangan Negeri Selangor, commercial service apartments (Pangsapuri Perkhimatan) is under Perdagangan section. So I'm confused whether is commercial title service apartment considered Residential Property?
