Hello. I would like to ask for advice on buying a subsales condo which was completed on 2003 - Riana Green Tropicana as our first home. We like the environment there especially that the place is felt so “home” and relaxing and we are looking on affordability when buying a home. But there is consideration that the renovation might cost a little higher and not sure on the maintenance of the house. Would like to seek your advice if buying a subsales on Riana Green Tropicana worth ?
