Hello, I would like to ask, if I were to buy a bumi unit in icity i soho, mainly for investment purposes, can I sell it out later on to a non bumi?

I have read khairul anuar's http://www.thesundaily.my/news/243283. Which states that if The bumi seller tries to sell to bumi but fails, can sell to a non bumi.. Is it possible? What are the documents and procedures needed?
And when can I sell it? Does it state anywhere I need to hold on the unit for certain amount of time?
Thanks!

Generally, a bumi lot is restrcited to sell to bumi, however, if the owner proven to the authority that he/she has difficulty to dispose within certain period of time and with financial difficulty that need urgent disposal then he/she can seek for consent from the authority! Read More
