Hello. I'm a practicing young lawyer in Peninsular Malaysia. Im interested in open up a property agency company. I would like to ask whether can a practising lawyer be a sharepartner of a property agency company with a partner who having the qualification (degree or diploma in related area of property agency and registered and having the experienced as real estate agent) and runs the business together?
