Hello, I'm quite new to property investment and I'm looking to buy a property with a ready tenant in Cheras with a budget of about RM300,000. And I would like to ask if I buy a property with a price tag of around RM300,000, how to calculate rental yield that will make the investment worth for me? at least 8%, or 10%?
