Hello. My parents have a house that is 70% paid in mortgage. The house is registered to both of my parents name. My father is still paying the mortgage of the house and some of my siblings are looking to change the property title but my parents are not willing to do that. Now my questions are,
1. Is it really that easy to change property title with just a signature ?
2. How best to protect the house property title ?
