Hello there, may I know after looking at the Rental Yield Graph, it shows that rental yield is up 17.3% Annualised return wherease, rent price/SFT has decreased since 2015 until 2019. Shouldnt rental yield drop if rent/sqft Drops as well?
And secondly is this a trend where I see Properties near LRT Stations more than 10 years after building, capital gains annualised return is (-ve)3.15%. I assumed that value will go up due to the convenience of the LRTs?
