Hello,
We are planning to sell our house in hometown. Both my parents name are in the title. Problem now is my father had passed away and there is no will written by him. My mother is staying with me, and among the 4 children only me and my younger sister are in touch. The remaining two loss contact for more than 8 years due to some family issues. Here i want to know what are the complications if we want to sell the house and what are the options to solve it.
