I have a conditional SPA with the lawyer, and there was a 2% deposit under my agent agency.
From what I know is the lawyer should let the agency hold the deposit until the consent is ready.
But this lawyer told the owner that he could claim the 2% deposit from agency already.Is this the right way to proceed a conditional SPA??
