Hospital workers, students, seekers of tranquility for study, be aware that Palmville Condo is a site of almost perpetual renovation (see picture for a recent internal rebuilding operation). So if you find drilling, hammering, scraping and such like to be less than a harmonious symphony of sound to accompany your challenging studies, choose to live elsewhere. Some owners, it appears, not realising the moderate incomes enjoyed by folks working in the hospital or at the university to further human welfare, believe they can ask monthly rentals of RM 4500 + and consequently renovate VIGOROUSLY!
